Oliver Sean Alvares was born in Goa, India, of Portuguese and Goan lineage. Born into a musically and culturally prominent family, he began writing songs at age 11 and turned professional at 13. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics and a BBA from Goa University, as well as an MBA in Coaching, Mentoring, and Leadership. In May 2026, he reached the pinnacle of his academic journey with the conferral of a professional Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) from Graham International University.
